Time goes by so fast........ and I am so bad, forgot to post my monthly samples. I am so loving my first winter in Colorado - but I decided to do my samples for New Years. I made two cards and one tag for a wine bottle. A bottle of wine is always a nice gift to give your hostess when going to a New Years party.
The card base is from a cream colored cardstock and I inked it in brown. The card front was from my scrap drawers. I matted the image with red cardstock and used a dark red sheer ribbon with bow on the bottom.

I cut my tag using craft paper with the Tag and bookplates die from Sizzix.
The background paper I used was from my scrap draw, liked all the colorful circles - thought they looked like bubbles. Everything was inked with brown in and I used a green ribbon for the hanger.
