Healthy Eating Progress............

     Day 7, which happens to be a cheat day where I can eat whatever within reason. I weighed in and down 5 pounds. Hope it keeps up like this. I have one more week on this detox part of the program and so good. Still miss my coffee but I will survive !! LOL
