My daughter has been at me for along time to quit eating processed foods and I found a meal program that works with you on it. I decided I need to get healthier so I can stick around to watch Kyle grow up. I just started last Monday and they start you off with a two week detox menu and I am doing okay on it so far. Most of the food is stuff I like, only a couple that I don't and it is pretty flexible so I can work around it. So far the hardest thing is only one cup of coffee and NO creamer.
I do tend to feel hungry in the evening but I just drink my water and it passes. I think we are so use to eating more food then we need and when you want to get to eating right your stomach revolts !! lol
I just remember the saying " Eat to live, not live to eat " Wish me luck !!!!!!

About Me
- MsMad
- Born in Illinois, moved to California when I was nine. Finished high school and some college. Got married and moved to Nebraska with hubby because he joined the Air Force. Then spent some time in Alaska before moving back to California. I lived in Californa until 2004 when my husband decided to move us to Texas. I still have a husband (yes-I still have him even though he moved me to Texas), two daughters, three cats (and two outside cats that adopted us along with two racoons that we feed). Things have changed, now that hubby retired......we moved to Colorado and have said goodbye to cats ( they are gone now ) No more racoons but we did adopt two rescue kitten from Hurricane Harvey.
